These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GlowUP ("GlowUP", "we", "our", or "us"), a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for beauty salons and personal care businesses.
By accessing or using GlowUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. Service Description
GlowUP provides an online platform that includes appointment scheduling, client management, staff management, automated reminders, reporting dashboards, and analytics tools for business operations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
GlowUP is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the service, no refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
